The acquisition took place in March 2020 and further expanded the Ethos Group’s Managed Print business.  

Ethos Group are delighted to announce that the acquisition of Pinnacle Document Solutions (advised on by Gambit Corporate Finance and Hugh James) has been shortlisted in the Small Business Deal of the Year award at the Wales Dealmaker Awards 2020.

The Wales Dealmaker Awards highlights the top acquisitions, buyouts and funding deals across the country, and the people and firms that made them happen.

The awards, organised by Insider Media Limited, celebrate transformational deals completed in Wales in the year to June 2020 and the winners will be revealed at the awards dinner at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Cardiff on the evening of Wednesday 11th November 2020.
