Ethos announce first Community Hero of the day as Gary Davidson Jnr.

As part of our match ball and website sponsorship of Cambridge United for the 2017/18 season, each home game will reward a local individual for their contribution to sport.

This Saturday marked Cambridge United's first home match in the Sky Bet Leauge Two championship, and our first game as match ball and website sponsors for the 2017/18 season.

Another first was the announcement of Ethos' Community Hero of the Day. New to this season, at each home game we will announce an upstanding member of the Cambridgeshire community who has made an outstanding contribution to sport.

Gary Davidson Jnr has run a non-profit Boxing Club at the Becket Gym on Mill Road since 2010. He welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds to try out the sport to keep fit, teach discipline, and learn a range of  life skills.

Going forward, the Amber Army will have the opportunity to nominate and vote for the Ethos Community Hero of the Day ahead of each home match.
