Pet and Veterinary Retailer reduce their print costs with best of breed devices under Ethos’ Managed Print Services Solution.
The online retailers now have a unified print fleet at their new London-based office.
Ethos’ client is one of Europe's leading and most dynamic online retailers, specialising in the online sale of food and accessories for all animals including dogs, cats and small animals.
The pet and veterinary retailers were relocating their London-based office and were looking to refresh their current devices in order to create a unified and streamlined print infrastructure.
Their equipment was dated, lacked functionality and was being serviced by more than one provider. This created confusion when it came to ordering consumables, logging service issues and keeping track of their invoices.
We implemented four new Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) by the same manufacturer to create uniformity and ease of use. By placing all the devices under our Managed Print Services Solution, we are now the single point of contact for all their print needs, reducing print costs by up to 30%.
As part of our Managed Print Services Solution, the business now benefits from dedicated Account Management as well as ongoing service and support which includes all parts, toner, engineer call-outs and preventative maintenance on their print devices.
