How an Online Approval Solution gave an International Advertising Agency a competitive advantage.
The client, an International Advertising Agency, uses Workfront's Online Approval Solution to manage its review and approval process, resulting in: a shorter revision cycle; cost savings and; time for new projects.
The client is an American Advertising agency founded in 1973 and is the World's largest independent Advertising agency.
Creative approval was managed by sending an email to their client contact with attachments. The client contact would then distribute the work internally for sign-off, then collate all feedback and send an email back to the agency describing all of the revisions that they required. This process was becoming impossible to manage for the agency and created additional hassle for their clients.
Our Partner, Workfront implemented their Online Approval Solution. The solution allows the International Advertising Agency to house all of their proofs in one location, share proofs amongst multiple reviewers and compare proof revisions from one round to another.
As a result, the solution has benefited from the International Advertising Agency significantly - making them more efficient; providing them with cost savings and; additional time to take on new projects. In addition, the process is now much easier for clients to manage - they can always see where work is in terms of sign off and can easily provide feedback given the tools that they are provided within the application - giving the client a competitive advantage of other agencies.
