The client, the UK's largest private hospital group, believe there are two sides to healthcare: clinical expertise and caring support for their patients.
Dealing with over 2,000 pieces of content each year, the client's marketing department - made up of design, business and brand teams - identified that the Private Hospital Group's review and approval process needed a significant overhaul. Without a review and approval workflow system that covered all of their compliance needs, the department weren't able to be as assertive abut the organisation's marketing tactics.
The client deployed our partner, Workfront's, Online Approval solution. The easy-to-use collaborative review tools streamline the review and approval of creative content, while powerful workflow tools keep projects on track. In addition, the solution can be used across all media including print, digital and video allowing marketing teams to deliver projects faster, with less effort and greater accuracy.
The client now have more clarity about the review process, more accountability and therefore a more efficient approval process across the entire marketing department.
