Ethos asks the Legal Sector "How secure is your print infrastructure?"
Our whitepaper on document data security appears in two leading legal titles - this month's edition of The Partner and next week's edition of The Lawyer.
In August of this year, The UK's Information Commissioner, Christopher Graham highlighted 15 serious breaches of data security in the Legal sector and warned firms of potential financial and repetitional damage. In particular, he singled out the Legal sector's continued dependance on document in print format as a potential Achilles' heel, with many firms risking record fines by failing to implement the necessary security solutions.
We work with over 3,000 companies across the UK, many of them in the Legal sector including Bates Wells Braithewaite, Devonshires and The Bar Council. Our deep understanding of the sector's unique requirements has allowed us to design and deploy a range of document solutions with security and compliance at their core. These include the data encryption solutions for print traffic; Secure Release print solutions; and a range of document management and scanning solutions for Legal practices of all sizes.
To raise awareness of the importance of document data security, we've contributed a whitepaper on document data security to two leading Law titles - The Partner and The Lawyer.
Our whitepaper will appear in next week's edition of The Lawyer. We're also appearing in this month's edition of The Partner which has a print circulation of over 50,000. You can find our whitepaper on page 25 of The Partner - in the centre of the magazine's lead feature on ex-Dragon and Serial Entrepreneur James Caan.
James is an investor in nationwide solicitors' chain Knights and in the feature, he makes reference to their "paper free" practice. Our document scanning and management solutions are enabling many legal firms to make the switch to digital seamlessly, conferring huge benefits in terms of productivity, efficiency and security.
Those readers who follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn will recall we met James at the Legal Law Expo in October where he gave the keynote address. We're delighted to see on page 18 of The Partner magazine a picture of James in conversation with the Attorney General, Jeremy Wright QC MP, which was taken on our stand at the show.
