Ethos rationalises Sotheby's Central London office's print infrastructure.
Using a myriad of manufacturers and suppliers, we have rationalised Sotheby’s print fleet, becoming the global art business’s single point of contact for all of their print and document needs.
With 260 Devices and Printers provided by 10 different manufacturers and 8 different suppliers, innovative global art business Sotheby’s were looking for a provider to rationalise the complex print infrastructure in their Central London office.
With over twenty five years’ experience of delivering communication solutions to 3,000 customers worldwide, Sotheby’s chose Ethos.
We replaced Sotheby’s printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines with Multifunction Devices, improving efficiency and productivity. At Ethos, we never recommend change for change’s sake and although some devices in the fleet needed to be replaced, many of the printers in the current fleet were still fully functioning. We advised that Sotheby’s in fact keep these printers but place their entire print infrastructure under our Managed Print Service (MPS).
Under our MPS service, we act as a single point of contact for Sotheby’s, rationalising their equipment, service agreements, support and business processes for all of their print and document needs.
