The client initially decided to look for an alternative print provider as they were not receiving the crucial levels of service and support they required. In addition, they were not being offered new or innovative technology to help improve the efficiency and productivity of their print infrastructure.

We took the time to understand the client's print requirements and created a bespoke Service Level Agreement for them, including a 2-hour response time on the print devices they depend on the most.
Due to the nature of the work which is carried out within their London Head Quarters, the client required a variety of different print devices to carry out their day-to-day business. We implemented MultiFunctional Devices (MFD's), floor-based equipment, production print, wide format plotters and finishing equipment - covering all of the client's print needs.
All of the devices installed included our Secure Release/Follow-Me solution ensuring that their print is secure and compliant in relation to data security laws such as GDPR, as well as Document Management solutions to assist with their workflow. On the larger production print devices, Fiery was implemented to assure precise colour profiling.
